Published Financial Reports not for the right Company?

We have been asking for Valcor to publish audited reports of the company that investors are buying shares into.
When we asked about this, we were told it was not our job to ask questions. But surely it would be beneficial for EVERYONE for any queries to be addressed?

We have promised that we would take down this blog once we were satisfied that:

1) all required information was published
2) everything was done in a transparent manner
3) all unscrupulous practices to get people to invest in this opportunity were stopped.

We have promised this and we will honour our promise.

Whilst a financial report has been made available on the Valcorinvestment website, it does not look like this report is for IPEC, or for Exportaciones Maderas del Atlantic SA. Whereas in fact we would be expecting the reports for both of these.
This means that conditions 1 and 2 have not been satisfied.

Recently we also came across a website advertising this super investment opportunity as recession-proof, talking of full productivity in a few weeks, and promising a dividend in early 2009.
http://www.nuwireinvestor.com/opportunities/timber-investment-after-hurricane-felix-huge-returns-52080.aspx

This seems to contradict our request to stop unscrupulous practices.

We want to be fair to ValcorInvestment. But we also feel it is our duty to protect would-be investors. All this blog does is report facts, and it allows investors to see what ValcorInvestment has promised in the past.

We will honour our promise when the condition is right.
At this time, it seems that ValcorInvestment are not trying to cooperate, and are posting the wrong financial reports as an attempt to confuse. Again, the ball is in your court.

Hi Linda,
Sorry, but I don't fully understand your comment.. could you please elaborate:
1) Have you invested with Valcor?
2) Have you ever had any information about how well your investment is doing?
3) Have you been invited to annual shareholder meetings?
4) Have you received annual accounts?
5) Have you received any dividends?
6) What are you current thoughts on your investment?

I hope we can help.

I found this blog when I googled Valcor. As an investor in the company I am starting to feel that I am never going to get my return on my investment. And this is REALLY starting to worry me. I invested $10K for a class a share of Exportaciones Maderas del Atlantic SA. When I call the phones are disconnected and no one is returning my email. What is the best way to pursue legal action against these people? Can someone provide me with resources to getting my money back?
Also whoever put this blog together Thank you very much.
Thank you

Hi Gerald,
Thanks for your post. If you're a US citizen, you should contact the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) who will be able to advise and investigate.

We put this blog up because this investment was in blatant disregard for SEC rules on investments, and therefore proposed illegally to investors.

Please let us know how things go and if you find out anything, so that we can help as many people as possible.

Is it ok if we publish your post as a main articles on the blog??

Thanks.

I am starting to have doubts too. I was told last year that I could expect a large dividend at the start of this year, but it doesn't look like this is happening!!

Do other people find the same?

Anyone reading this to determine if this scam outfit is related to any other company named "Valcor" should understand these investments for wood in Latin America are not in any way affiliated with any other company with same name.
